Once the rain stopped we decided to go for a local walk, due to a broken Camera Harness and a dodgy shoulder, I was limited to the Phone for pics! So there ain't many😂 Couldn't even get pics of a couple of posy Robins.😢 We headed down Bullfinch Lane, was quite warm, not much about, nice pair of Stonechats, a noisy Green Woodpecker, a pair of Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, a brief view of a Sparrowhawk and a few Meadow Pipits about the best of it!!

On our return we were able to tuck into the Gluten Free Coffee and Walnut cake I made to celebrate reaching the glorious weight of 13stone 2lb 8oz which takes me out of the "overweight" section of the BMI chart and into the "healthy weight" section whoop🏆, only just into it mind, on the border, in fact eating the cake might take me out of healthy and back into overweight!!😂 But the trend is down!!! Need to be in the 12 stones by Christmas to give me a bit of leeway in the face of too much Christmas Cake, Christmas Pudding and Bubble & Squeak!!!!
