Seaford Head

 Highly enjoyable wander around Seaford Head and the Cuckmere Valley this morning. Lots of Chiffchaffs, Meadow Pipits and Stonechats. Three Wheatears, two Whinchats, two Kingfishers, which gave me the runaround, a couple of amazingly tame Kestrels a Cattle Egret and a nice Redstart to finish!!
