Highly enjoyable wander around Seaford Head and the Cuckmere Valley this morning. Lots of Chiffchaffs, Meadow Pipits and Stonechats. Three Wheatears, two Whinchats, two Kingfishers, which gave me the runaround, a couple of amazingly tame Kestrels a Cattle Egret and a nice Redstart to finish!!
