Calendar 2026

It's that time again where due to popular demand, I'll have you know 3 people have asked! 😱 I turn some of the photos I've taken during 2025 into a Calendar for next year!! This year, at least to start with it will be the A4 size calendar as the postage on the larger ones can get a bit silly! The price, to be confirmed, will be in the region of £6 plus postage although I can deliver in Mid-Sussex and possibly in the Ipswich area!! Obviously if I get a lot of orders, the price will fall as the more I buy the cheaper it gets! The pictures used, are below and I've tried to crop them to represent how they will appear in the final calendar! I will need to know fairly sharpish if you want one so I can get my order in for delivery, early enough to get them out for Christmas!!!

The Cover photo is a Hurstpierpoint Swift, had to be really, with our box producing it's first fledgling!! I had hours of fun trying to get pictures of em from the garden! I say fun, think I did permanent damage to my back and dislocated a shoulder twisting and turning to get a picture!! None of them were great, but had to use one!!

 January

A short-eared Owl from an entertaining day at Elmley Nature Reserve in Kent

February

A Purple Sandpiper, lounging on Newhaven Pier, I used this one because I think the light is nice!

March

A Fulmar, taken on the East Coast of Scotland, we all need cheering up as winter finishes so a laughing Fulmar seemed a good idea!

April

A nice Spring Wheatear, pretty much compulsory to have a Wheatear, Margie says I'm obsessed with em and to be fair if it was up to me it would be a Wheatear in every month!

May

A Housemartin, these were collecting mud in Scotland! Spring has definitely arrived when these guys arrive!

June

A young Starling in the Garden, we had quite a few youngsters, this year, they nest in our roof, nice to know they have been successful!

July

Would normally have a Kingfisher in July but though I've seen loads this year, I've struggled to get a decent pic. I've had more luck with Hirundines and these Sandmartins posed lovely at the side of the road!

August

Barn Owl, that graced the local fields last Winter and showed beautifully on a couple of evenings!

 September

A Pied Wagtail, mainly chosen for the colourful background!

October

Meadow Pipit,  loads of these through in October and thought the pose was very nice

November

A Cornish Chough, they tormented me throughout our recent trip! I felt this pic captured their energy!

December

Had to be a Robin, this one from the Hangar at Pulborough Brooks was the one that posed the best!
