Last Sunday we had a nice walk in Ashdown Forest with a couple of friends down from Suffolk. We were quite successful with a lot of the target birds seen, notably Redstarts, Woodlark, Dartford Warblers, Crossbills and a bonus five Cuckoos seen!! Nice to hear several Willow Warblers and Chiffchaffs as well. A few pics below of some of them!
