Have been a bit lax on the old Cake-making side of the Blog lately so made an Organic Ginger Cake today, Went well with only slight spillage in the oven, looks a bit rustic but the spillage tastes nice! Stuck pretty much to the recipe though went heavy on the mixed spice and added a bit of Stem Ginger cos I had some! Ably assisted by Margie on Bowel & Spoon licking duty and a bit of the clearing up ,although I did a fair share! (though Margie is now claiming she had to rewash some stuff, AS If!!!
